Modern Day Muscle Car Mini Series Empty
PostSubject: Modern Day Muscle Car Mini Series   Modern Day Muscle Car Mini Series Icon_minitimeThu Dec 22, 2011 12:34 am

The past few days ive been setting up and balancing 4 cars out to run a short 4 race mini series. The entire point of this series will be to create a much better viewing experience and see if we can actually develop more of a fanbase and spectators which (if we can develop a fanbase) could lead to potential sponsorships so we can actually race for cash, possibly attracting the attention of competitive leagues such as MLG or IEM (unlikely though). Signups will be limited to 14 people since we need room for 2 people to commentate the races. myself and 1 other person)

Races will be Wednesday nights at 6pm PST (9pm EST) . First race will be January 11th. Qualifying will be a 3 lap session that will be at 6 with the actual race starting at 6:30

Track schedule: Sebring 18 laps, Infineon 20 laps, Road Atlanta 25 laps and Laguna Seca 22 Laps.

Cars: 2011 Cadillac CTSV, 2010 Ford Shelby GT500, 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, 2009 Dodge Challenger

builds:

Parts that are constant on every car: Race Exhaust, Full suspension upgrades, Full roll cage, full weight reduction, Race Transmission, Race Differential, Race tires, BBS RS-GT rims, and Forza Rear wing and front spoiler.

CTSV:

Engine upgrades: None

Driveline: None

Tire Width: Stock

PI: 647. Weight 3,088 LBS, 574 HP

GT500 Mustang:

Engine: Race Air Filter, Sport Valves, Sport Displacement, Race pistons

Drivetrain: None

Tire Width: Fronts 275/40R19 Rear: 305/35r19

Aero: Roush rear bumper. Ford Street hood.

Stats: PI 649. Power: 607 Weight: 3,099

Camaro

Engine: Street Air Filter, Sport Cam shaft, Sport valves, Race Displacement, sport pistons,

Driveline: none

Tire width: Fronts: 265/40r20 Rears: 295/35r20

Stats: PI 650 HP: 549 Weight: 3,103

Challenger

Engine: Sport Air Filter, Sport intake, sport cam, sport valves, race displacement, race pistons, race flywheel

Drivetrain: race driveshaft

Tires: full tire width

Stats: 658 PI Power: 550 HP Weight: 3,259 lbs

Livery requirements: Please have your number on the sides of your car, the rear of your car, on the hood and on the roof as well as a full race livery. This just makes it easier for those commentating the race to identify racers on the track.

I would love to join but it starts a little too early, I get off at 6pm. Could I qualify the day before?

My GT is Groovetini.
I haven't raced with you guys yet, so I'd be completely ok with you putting me on probation until after qualifying.

Count me in, I'll take a challenger. #19 if that works. If your just assigning numbers disregard that.

I'd rather commentate if you don't have someone already lined up for that position. I commentated for the motogp06 game back in the day so I have some experience. Let me know.

Yes, it's the coupe, unless the sedan also gets to the same PI weight, and HP with the same mods.
