me personally I would rather be in your position than me struggling to qualify past 8th position (only managed it once and that was a 7th place)

If my $%#$ing Microsoft Wheel hadnt hit the guide button on like lap 5 I would have been in the fight with the guys up front in the top 4. As it was I guess I'm lucky I didnt get any damage from it.

had an alright race walked away with b room even though there were damage hits i think i still wouldve placed 1st in b room hopefully gained a few places this race

A lag spike on the corkscrew gave me some damage. The drive shaft and the transmission got damage, and I couldn't pit until about five laps later because my engine didn't get hurt at all

I kinda went through that same deal, except everything was damaged but the engine. Had to drive a seriously jacked up car from lap 7 onwards

Race Room Recap and Incident Report

A Room -

The outlap was good for GT and GTC class. The start of the race was clean with no incidents.

I saw a few incidents that were racing incidents. Some side by side contact. A couple of light bumper taps. Nothing significant.
There were some lag spikes, Lag jumps that caused a few problems.

Lap 7 there was a lag crash between OldFenderBender and DoubleRazor1 that then involved No1 TommySmurf. The whole incident was clearly a lag spike because the cars were feet apart when somehow the cars crashed BUT DoubleRazor1 got no damage and OldFenderBender did get significant damage and his car came to a near stop collecting No1 TommySmurf giving him damage to his Aston Martin. A pretty expensive crash!. No penalty Assessed.


No further incidents to note.



B Room -

Good clean single file start for GT.
GTC was ok. blackHawk S61 was not in single file when the race started.

Lap 6 Speed Demon 69 and OZ Da Ruler have a lil racing contact causing minor damage and both cars to get a little squirrelly. Racing incident.

Lap 10 PredatorUSMC taps the back of METAL C6R's Corvette ZR1 in the final turn heading into the front straight. No major damage and no loss of control. No penalty assessed.

Lap 11 Warpig2011 goes wide with only two tires off track in the turn heading up to the corkscrew. Behind him as he does this is the #83 Ferrari 458 of Stymer, and as the Porsche 911 (993) of Warpig2011 continues to keep two tires on the track fighting the pull of the dirt Stymer carries his momentum into the side on Warpig2011 causing contact with significant damage. There was no blatant error here on either part. It was a bad place to lose momentum at the apex of turn where the car behind had no where to go. As this happened the Jaguar of SVT Motorsport also only feet being could not avoid the out of control Ferrari of Stymer and impacted the right rear with his left front. All three included in this racing incident. No penalty assessed.

Lap 13 under heavy braking after getting passed by the GT car of Thrush426 Warpig2011 contacts the rear end of Thrush causing damage but no loss of control. Warning penalty assessed only because Warpig2011 clearly tried to out brake the GT car for some reason (it appears he tried same thing at the same corner a few laps before and went off in the dirt).

No further incidents to report



C Room -

A very questionable start for GT. it looked as if it started then maybe not then oh we'll go. Not single file.
GTC good clean start, no problems and good single file start.

Lap 11 WCR Racer X and ROSCOEpCOTRAIN battling for position. ROSCOEpCOTRAIN goes in deep under braking but is able to turn in and maintain the inside line. WCR Racer X in what appears to be an attempt To shut the door comes down and the two have door to door contact causing both a little damage and loss of control. RACING INCIDENT.

Lap 14 ROSCOEpCOTRAIN uses the same maneuver as on lap 11 on turn 1 but this time he cannot hold his line and creates contact with WCR Racer X. Both aggressive moves and appear to be racing incidents. Two racers racing hard battling for positions. No gross error or significant mistake by either driver. No penalty, racing contact.

No further incidents to report.

The GTC Hard Charger Award 2 point bonus is given to Kutts 88 in his #88 BMW M3 (E36) for Charging from 17th in the field to finish 10th gaining 7 positions.

Good news! I will be able to make it to the 'ring this year! I have a family reunion to go to, but we usually close those out around 6 EST and I don't have to be there 'till 2 EST. I'll be there!

Did anyone have a weird issue with their wheel losing input on the corkscrew? It happened twice on me, is it the track or is their a fix for this? It would also lock in position, like being in a left/right turn even though I was going the a different way. Would lag do this? Only happened this one time and on this track, weird..

So I posted this to Admin after I preraced, me and my team mate Retrodward, I submitted my replay as did he and for some strange reason my team mate got a DNS (Did Not Start ).

Now Alpha Racing is in a heated battle for top team points and two racers preraced because we both had engagements to attend that would have forbidden us to get back in time for the race.

I sent a message to Admin stating I saw no points and asked for clarification and reason why it was so. I still havent gotten a reply as I write this and also I contacted him via xblm and still have not recieved any kind of reply. However later in the night I got an invitation to come and practice .

I asking publicly now ( since I was basically dismissed before in private ) what reason have been why my team mate did not receive recognition for he efforts to race and help our team and robbed of possible points.

I addressed it in PM. But since you made it public here it is again. When you sent the message JPN's message said "here is my pre-race" so I saw your time and did not look down to see what the lower AI cars got. I never do. Once I see the pre-racers time I got what I need and I take care of it from there. I did not look down to see Retrowards time. I was not informed until Monday evening (I think) of this missed pre-race time. The times and points were adjusted last night but have not been posted due to working on MANY things for Season 8.

Please Racers be very clear in what is given to me. I have many things on my plate with this series so I tend to focus on what I am looking for and move on to the next item quickly. Once I see or find what I am looking for it's neeext,

I'd like to publicly thank you for you prompt reply and fix to the situation. I will also take this time to thank you for your hard work in putting together what may be the best FM4racing series I have been in and encourage you to keep pushing for the best series point blank period. with the new given sponsors it has really started to take off and isnt too far from soaring high above the rest ...
