Race 9 Sedona Raceway Park 35 Laps

Well, I began my 'Official" testing last night on Sedona Raceway Park. After a few different tunes, AND MY NEW WHEEL FINALLY, I found a tune that presented the times I was looking for. Now just some fine tuning and I should be good to go. Full test Friday and most likely some practice 8-10 lap races Fri. See you on the track!

Any practice races going on? I'm very rusty...but finals are finally over so I'm trying to get back into it full swing.

Well it took me a while to calm down lol... But my internet decided to cut out on me on like lap 26 or something... I had damaged the car a good bit and was struggling to run consistent 2:10's I am assuming you all were well into the 2:09's. But regardless i was trying to maintain 5th place for all it was worth. Metal, not sure where you finished up yet since i didn't get back online afterward but I hope that spin I caused you early on didn't effect your outcome too badly. All in all it was fun while it lasted, and I'll see you all next weekend for the season finale!

GLAD to hear that BIMM3R! We thought you quit. (joke on us) Next weeks race is gonna be a special race and I predict 3 things.
1. It's gonna be fun
2. It's gonna be challenging
3. Crashes are gonna occur

Well, it was a great race the WHOLE 35 laps. I was trying to hold on to 1st but when hot shot 330 p4 got by me my goal was to hold onto second but I made another mistake and Zambo367 got by. After that I was determined to take 2nd position back by any means necessary...but after touching a wall and watching Zambo slip out of my clutches I just wanted to hold onto 3rd. But CCB METAL was all fired up trying to take 3rd from me. I held him off for a lot of laps. Until, I hit touched the wall under the second tunnel and he got by me. I stayed close to him and tried to pit a little later in hopes of coming out of the pits in front of him. I did come out in front of him but he was a full tilt and I was just coming out of the pits and he got by me. From there the battle was on. CCB METAL and I traded small mistakes about every other lap. I would get close then make a mistake and he would get away until he would make a mistake and BAM I would be right on the Z06 bumper again. He would have got the final podium position had he not made a mistake and hit the sand trap in the quick right, left, right chicane and I went on by with a big smile and a wave to get the final podium position.

Now on to the Green Hell of Nurburgring. Where the men are separated from the boys!...and mistakes will separate you from your car and any chance of finishing.

It was a fun race. Unfortnley after about lap 15 I started to make a lot of stuiped mistakes and by the end of the race I had lost all aero in the front sides and some in the back. Other then that the first part of the race was good I think it was zambo I was behind most of the time. Looking back I should have tryed to pass him the few chances I might have had on the ovel section.

Now on to the next race where i'll probbly be doing my racing from a tow truck passenger seat.

first i,de like to thank predator for thoes small mistakes .after i got by i tryed to close on hotshot but after three agreous mistakes i decided to stay in my comfort zone .saw predator and metal in the rearview keeping me honest.what i like about the longer races is the fluctuations in concintration one must contend with, especaly when runing alone.
