what is everyone on about running next season?

I cannot make my mind up on which car to run for season 9, all I know is that I am going to run either GT or GT2 (if they still be allowed in season 9)

which i am thinking of the the following

GT
Weismann GT MF5 10 - the old version is much faster than the new version
Mercedes Benz SLS GT3
McLaren MP4-12C GT3
BMW M3 GT2 -
Maserati MC12
Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV
Nissan GTR V-Spec (not going to run now)

GT2
Gumpert Apollo
Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster -
Ferrari 599 XX - (not going to run now)
Pagani Huayra -
not sure what to drive all i know is that I want something easy to drive, not too hard to setup, unusual, a decent sound and a decent pace (does not have to be rapid) so as long as it is relatively competitive i will be happy

what is everyone else considering right now if the current car rules and list stands?

I still want to run GTC in season 9.

I plan on running GTC, Anything above S class i cant drive to save my life

I also plan on sticking in a Porsche 911. Im thinking of the 05 or 07.

I would stick with GTC but i have been in GTC for two seasons now and think I need a change and plus never raced with R3 class cars (except the endurance race I did with Blackhawk and toxic) so it should help to improve my racing skills (in theory) and I need to get better at tuning cars cannot do it to save my life

you'd kill yourself if you tried to run the GTR all season lol and the 599 is just garbage

your probably right the GTR did make me suicidal after one lap of the nurburgring GP circuit haha

Running an R3 dedicated racecar will help because the down force is greater. The series needs to change it up abit to bring in fresh drivers and speeds. The new rules if there are any, should include high horse power high grip cars.I plan on driving anything that has tons of hp/grip. Endurence races with a car that is limited in anyway becomes a de-motivator. As a suggestion, we should run heats; first heat shorter than the second with reverse grid order. Just a suggestion.

I've been heavily thinking about making a return to GT next season. However, my car of choice remains unclear. I will say that whatever I chose to race will be a Lamborghini for affinity reasons and the fact that I have a love for their madness, even if they're owned by Audi.

dont run the lp670-4

ill probably be dropping down to GTC and running the boss 302

i was thinking of making the jump to GT and driving the ferrari 458. its a pretty quick car. but i was also thinking of running a lambo. decisions decisions.

I ll probably run the S2000.

I have narrowed mine down now to the Ferrari 458 race version, McLaren F1 (long tail version most likely) and the Lamborghini Mucielageo LP670-4 SV

can do if you want have to see 1st if we like the same cars it would be pointless to be team-mates if one of us had a car they loved and the other a car they hated haha

this is true, that would be pointless. i do like the 458 (whether its the race or not) i havent tried the F1 or the lambo. next time i get on ill pick them up and give them a whirl.
