How does the rest of you play?

Season 7 was my first season and i loved it even though i joined up late. Introduced into Forzascs buy 0351 i started with Road America, placed last but still had a great time. So for the remainder of season 7 i just finnished up my racing cockpit so now for season 8 i ask what are you guys going to be using to race this season ?

Post a picture of your setup if you have one tell us a little about it... How do you like it ? Could it be better ? And so on.

For example heres my setup...




My Girlfriend calls it my chair lol it took me about 3 months off and on too build and about $500 dollars for the supplys for everything exept the TV since the picture was taken around our Road America race last season i have made adjustments to the contraption but very few.

The only problem i have is the chiar which after about an hour and a half starts to get a little ache on my behind. But durring pit stops i get up and walk around while i can.

The wheel has an adjustable up and down pivot, the location of the H shifter can be moved up or down ( Even though i seldemly use it... I much more preffer paddle shifting with the wheel. ) and the seat has Sliders so you can adjust to your height.

CSR wheel with CSR ELITE Pedals and shifter set. Genaric reclinable bucket seat. 32 in LCD screen from LG. snd a lot of PVC 2 in pipe.

So now tell us about your setup

i like your injunuity with the PVC pipe

Why 2 shifters?

Well the package came with both so i might use the sequentila for a modified Ebrake since i like to drift a little now and then.

You have to do your own research and if you only have 150 to spend your going to be VERY limited too only about 2 or 3 wheels in the already short market for racing wheels.

A shop near my house had them on sale soni picked one up

If you can muster up another hundred or so dollars you can get a better wheel than the ones that are at only 150.

you should link me to that because that sounds like a good deal. but also make sure its compatible with the Xbox system.

I was thinking of getting a sim racing set but dont know if i should spend €350 and then it wont work for the next gen xbox. What does anyone think?

play it safe and wait for the next csr's to come out? i feel your worried but as long as its made for like forza or an xbox system it should be compatible.

Yeah its all CSR stuff but could that be compatible with nxt gen consoles? but its a wireless wheel.

I have never used it, but I have heard that it is junk. The old wireless wheel is ok, but they are a little harder to find (don't sell then new anymore) and more expensive.

its a from a sprint car (my buddy races them)

This is my current setup in the corner of my room, i know there is wires everyhwere but thats the best i can keep it and yes im playing F1 2011
