Whether it's the tight turns or the breathtaking scenery, mountain passes and fast cars seem to play well together. In that spirit, the Bernese Alps distills the ultimate high-altitude racing experience into a state-of-the-art road course the equal of the world's greatest circuits. This track was inspired by the mystique and challenge of the passes nestled among the highest mountain range in Europe, threading the course along old mountain access roads, through tunnels cut into living rock, under craggy glacier-studded summits, past a luxury ski resort, and down to a quintessentially Swiss mountain town. The primary characteristic of Bernese Alps is the overwhelming sensation of speed. The tarmac is wide and forgiving in some areas, allowing you to stay on the track while maintaining a fast clip; throughout much of the course, you'll be at full throttle.There are other areas that are lined with menacing walls where you must thread the concrete needle and avoid wall contact...Therein lies the danger of the Bernese Alps. Despite all the challenges, you'll have to exercise exceptional control to hit the apexes perfectly while avoiding walls. Taken as a whole, the Alps course provides the awesome rush of velocity for any racer, but exceptional challenges for those working on honing their Forza skills. The racers of the Forza Sports Car Series will enjoy a festival of speed and challenging corners with threatening walls as they navigate the thrill ride of the Bernese Alps!

Yes they do. If I remember right, I'm pretty sure I cracked the top 5 last season with a penalty for running all four tires off the track every lap after the tunnel. You should do great here. Just remember that down force is your best friend here.

not as well as others :p but decent.

Consistent drivers will do really well here. I think it's pretty technical, but could be wrong. Total opposite from Le Mans for sure

maple and alps = insane technical tracks. one mistake and you're on your lid or toast at least. stable cars that can still turn will have a huge advantageCOUGHVETTECOUGH :p

This is my exact plan

I've done that lol. Still put down decent laps (I think). I believe everyone is going to be much faster here than prior seasons. So only time will tell.

I'm looking forward to this race. This is one of the tracks that the Viper actually does pretty well on. Good luck to everyone!

PredatorUSMC was seen very late last night burning the midnight oil testing and tuning. Reports state an extended 25 lap test session that went very well for the Ferrari driver. The pit crew seemed very happy with the late night solo session.

I would normally argue with you but I have a feeling this is going to be one of those races that I end up stopped upside down after a particular set of s curves. Its going to be boo boo eeey.
