Season 11 RACE 3 INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY

I dont think ill be on to qual anyone tonight guys. Its not looking likely, its been a long work week :c I havent even played forza in like 3days :ccc

For the second season in a row, I'll be missing the Indianapolis Motor Speedway round. On Saturday, I'll be going to the Indycar World Championships, and on Sunday, I'll be seeing relatives. I'll try to prerace in SPEC for the points, but I've never been good at that.

Pred, I'll be participating in ST when I'm not racing in TORA ISCC. I really want to complete those 3 races for the ST finale, though. Same goes for CT and GT. This will be my last season, after all.

I've read how to set up the pre race settings, but there is not a specific set for Spec.

Is Spec Pre-racing allowed, and if so, how should I configure the AI cars?

Probably with the same cars used for ST prerace

Yes just use the same cars as ST for your SPEC pre race.

Sorry guys i'ms too drtunk to race tonight in spec calass.

My wired controller disconnected itself when I went to itch my nose on the first lap and I got 75% front and 28% side for qually.
I don't want to have to buy another controller because I am so used to this broken one and I am not sure I will be fast with a new one

Good racing everybody. I lagged into my own room...AGAIN!!!!! SMDH!

Oh and Pred, I will be pre-racing the GTR/GT race so you will need another room host for C Lobby. Will have that info to you as soon as I finish it.

that was frustating. About lap 4 it started lagging pretty badly for me and Ducks car turned in to me giving me 18% front and 16% sides, so I thought I could survive on that if I was able to overtake and run a clean race.
Then I split in to my own lobby so then I knew I was going to have ~34-35 seconds added on to my time so my hopes of winning were gone.
Then on lap 14 or so I had to scratch my nose coming on to the banking and boom, controller disconnect and I get 84% front and 62% side.
Then I was hoping to to just stay ahead on Raven and Kick on overall time so I ran some pretty decent laps being around 10mph down on the straight. Hit some low 33s and I was ecstatic with that, but I also spun it losing another 10 seconds or so but I hope I have done enough damage limitation.  

On to the Alps, this should be fun. I ran a beast lap in qually round here in the 631PI Saleen last season, lets hope I can do the same this season

Great race in our room!  Matt and I were pretty close for awhile and I had started clawing little pieces back here and there off his lead but was caught by and caught up to traffic in horrible places like turn 5 where I lost a boat load of time.  Ah multiclass....gotta love it!   I was wondering what happened Sabre, I never saw lag myself except when oddball pass me. In our practice rooms, you lagged quite a bit though.

Ched', please inform your crew that we are no longer racing against each other.  After the race I heard some grumbling from the back of the car so I pulled to the side after crossing the line thinking my rear end was about to fail.  After realizing it was in the trunk, I popped it open and your 350 lb. air hose attendant jumped out amidst a flurry of Twinkie wrappers and ducked into a port-a-potty!

@Rosoce, bud i swear on my screen i never rear-ended you. I saw you take turn 10 awkwardly and i took the inside line, then it didnt stick very well and i door jammed you a little so i told you to take to the inside bc i didnt want to take the spot like that. I never took damage, and when we did rub thats all it was on my screen, rubbing. You know i want to race you clean bud like at the end.

lol. I've heard you can buy a new controller and replace the analog sticks with your old ones so you don't have to get used to a new controller. I wore out the sticks first on my old controller, so I had to get used to a new one, but it wasn't that bad. You also might be able to use slightly larger batteries to keep your old controller from losing power. I use rechargeable Duracells, and I've found that the 2450mAH ones are slightly larger than the 1700mAH ones. My old controllers which I still use for other games will occasionally lose power from the smaller batteries, probably from worn out springs.

@GS crowd: Great racing everyone. Probably had one of my closest races ever with Moesavy until I decided to pit early to fix about 2% rear spring damage from some slight contact with a CT car. I think this ended up hurting me at the end of the race due to extra tire wear, but not nearly as much as falling asleep for turn 1 exactly like I did last season.  At least we'll be moving on to more exciting tracks from here on out which will hopefully keep me awake.

@BlackRaven: My bad trying to pass you on the right on the front straight. You were clearly moving over to the right to allow me to pass on the normal line. I have no idea what I was thinking going way over there to pass you.

@Roscoe: Good job using the power of that Caddy to pass me before turn one. Starting in the wrong gear didn't help me at all, but I'm pretty sure you would have been able to at least get up beside me either way. Great racing with you even though we bumped doors a couple times just from pushing hard for the position.

ST avoidable contact? I havent run into anybody in ST yet. Chaos swerved me into the grass in the ST Race today but thats the only contact ive had... you must have gotten it confused with my GTR contact with roca last week?
