Reports have come in that English driver (jpnVR4) had blown his engine after pushing it too hard and also due to some aggressive tuning. He qualified well below his standard and fought his way back up throught the field making it to 4th place in the B room, only to slightly miscalulate the secound corkscrew and tap the wall hard enough to mangle his rear areo 55%. He pressed on keepin his pace as well as he could not giving in leaning hard on his engine, only to have it blow in lap 38.
Lambogini was not available at the time of this report and the team manager Sirris was also unavailable. The Powerade sponsor is quite happy with the rookie drivers (Raceboy77/jpnVR4) and their 1st season.

jpnVR4 says its onward to GP tracks of glory and promises a comeback.

Sorry for rear-ending Snowman on lap 2. Damaged my LF brakes a little on the first turn and didn't realize it was that big of a problem until the hard braking point at the slow turn in the alley. Turns out that's the only part of the track that the damage made my car get squirrelly, and unfortunately somebody had to be in front of me when I found that out. Hope that didn't contribute to you flipping later in the race.

Congrats on the win Dan, gave it all I had and then some and still couldn't make it up there lol... Nice to see you up top! Overall good race for me, damage free and considering some of the situations i was put in, surviving that without damage was a feat nonetheless!

Upset that I had to leave but when family calls and need you there is nothing else to do but get there...
Sorry if you guys were waiting on me , I had high hopes for this race I thought I had a goood chance but oh well on to the next.

I had to stop racing mid way to a very late delivery for my daughter. And after was all said and done I really did not need to stop. My first DNF of the season.

Congratulations to SSRT DWilkerson for earning the Pole Position and getting 4 bonus points. Then after falling back a few spots early in the race fighting back to the front and holding on for a win.

Congratulations to Luongo27 for earning The Hard Charger Award 2pt bonus by Charging through the field from 18th to finish 7th, gaining 11 positions!

Race Room Recap:

A Room - Good outlap and good start to the race.

Right at the green flag the #22 Lamborghini Gallardo 570-4 Superleggera of RAFT Hiredgun goes off the racing surface in an attempt to pass the #87 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR of Sniper919. This in and of itself is an illegal maneuver however is made worse because in order to avoid hitting the Pit/ racetrack separation wall RAFT Hiredgun comes back on track side swiping Sniper919 causing significant damage to both vehicles. Penalty 30 seconds and 2 race probation.

Lap 3 the #83 Ferrari 458 Italia of Stymer rear ends the #9 Mclaren F1 of Snowman529 causing complete loss of control and severe damage to both cars. Penalty Assessed 30 seconds and 2 race probation.
Overall good racing.



B Room - The start was a bit messy as the drivers were not in a single file line and it appeared that the start kind of just happened for some people. However, there was no car to car contact beyond the realm of normal racing and acceptable contact. There was an severe race incident on lap 4 where the #52 RUF RGT-8 of o351 clips the curb going into the first concrete tunnel causing him to then hit the outside wall and bounce right back into the racing line of OZ DA RULER and his #1 Nissan Endless 370Z. Both cars were heavily damaged.
Overall good racing.

In B lobby only about half ghe pfield heard the "clear" command the first time aroupnd but that got restarted due to an earlyp wreck. The second time around (the actual race) only half the field heard gogogo. It was some sort of technical glitch.

Thanks Bimmer and Pred, it's about time I won a race here. Maybe it has something to due with walls, because I've only won three other races and they were at another league. (Three seasons in a row win at New York!)
