Big shot problems

Whenever I take a big shot and load on my computer it comes out upside down and if I try to flip it over all the words are backwards. Has any one else had this problem or anyone know how to fix it.

never had this problem, I've never heard of this issue

I read that so wrongly that i thought it was a joke.

What program are you loading it with?
If I am not mistaken they are in .png format and some programs have issues translating. I have to load in Windows Paint then save as .jpg to see them with Photoshop CS4.

Also, are you flipping vertically or are you rotating the image 180deg? Flipping any image vertically or horizontally will reverse the text as is seen in a mirror.

The bigshots are in .bmp format the standard photos are in .png

just had to open it with paint thanks for the help

i have to do that to prevent the image from being small.
