Season 6 Race 14 Nurburgring GP 40 Laps

February 26th 5PM PST - Nurburg, Germany

Racing and danger once went hand in hand. Now Forza Sports Car Series and premier sports car racing go hand in hand. For the first time the FSCS races the challenging and thrilling GP circuit. With so many technical corners it will be difficult for the racers to find that 'optimal' line. On corners like Hauf-Hook, a sharp right hander, Mercedes-Arena's long and complex curvature, Warsteiner Bend and the flat-out Advan Arch bend, along with all the elevation changes this is truly one of the great circuits of the world and nearly requires the same amount of bravery and finesse as it's big brother 'The Ring' to come out a winner.

Unfortunately, I will have to sit this one out as well. School has been absolute insanity the past few weeks. I really hope to be out there next week for Green Hell, as it is one of my favorite tracks to race on. Have a great race everyone!

Well that was a really really bad time for my internet to go down hope B room had a good 12 remaining laps.

May need to pre race next race.

It got a bit exciting for me at the end. I must apologize to OZ DA RULER again for the 3 or so slight nudges and the point where I ran him wide in turn 2, not my intention at all. Good racing in B room!

love this style of racing. enjoyed my first race and can only hope to improve next time. Would like to join a team if theres a space available. will drive anything.

That was 40 laps of the most intense racing I've ever been apart of. 1-5 (Hired, Bimmer, Matt, Dan, Sniper) were literally a mile ahead of everyone else but 6-12(?) was like 15 seconds difference at the finish line. I literally made one mistake the whole race (hit the magic grass at turn 15 on lap 21 or 22) and lost like 6 positions that I was never able to regain.


*edit* also funniest part of the night was when someone (Psuedo?) cried out in alarm "HOLY S*% PREDATOR IS JUST SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRACK ON TURN 3 AHHHHHH"

Congratulations to RAFT Hiredgun for earning the Pole Position 4 bonus points. Then commencing to run for a flag to flag 1st place win. It was not an easy win. Well deserved.

Congratulations to Stymer for earning The Hard Charger Award 2pt bonus by Charging through the field from 28th to finish 19th, gaining 9 positions!

Race Room Recap:

A Room - Good outlap and good start to the race.

Lap 2 the #79 RUF RGT-8 of Sambinksey completely blows the braking and rear ends the #15 dodge Viper SRT10 ACR of Luongo27 causing complete loss of control and severe damage. Penalty 45 seconds and 2 race probation.
No other major incidents to notate. Just some racing n bumping but nothing severe enough for penalty.

A room did have a fair share of lag to begin the race causing RAFT No Brakes to lag crash. = Engine Blown Lap 2.


B Room - Good start to the race.

There were several race incidents and a lot of bumping going on in B room but nothing worthy of penalty. There were some lag incidents but lag cannot contribute to a racer getting penalty.

There will be a warning issued to TheManNowDog for driving extremely aggressive borderline reckless.

Overall good racing.

Room A was very exciting this evening. Even though I was not up front it was very entertaining just listening to the action take place.

Luongo, I appologize for the tap I gave you on lap 2 or 3. I imagine I will receive a penalty for that one. I hope I did not cause too much damage on your end. I received 35% front and 15% on both sides. So I didn't get by undamaged. I am curious what I did to you because I noticed we put a large gap on you after 10 or so laps. Again my appologizes.

Pred please look at the incident for me to put my mind at ease. Thanks Brother.

LOL...that was too funny...But it was very good racing. I also hit the magic grass and wasn't able to catch back up. I am looking forward to the ring. Also I think pred need to change the results as he as you finishing in like 30th

good race!!! that was a challenge across the bored for me but i enjoyed it.

How ever im still running down 0351 I am getting close hope this next race will do it.


and it was nice to see the lizard teams finish the way we did. good racing on all parts....

After Bimmer got tired of me hold him up and went passed me, I tried to pull an over-under on him, which resulted in me running off and letting him and Sniper getting about 200 - 300 feet on me, I thought my race was over. Luckily I caught back up to Sniper, who oh so gracefully let me go, and sometime later I got on Matthnt's tail and soon after he did that same.

B lobby will be in the video but not that much because the 3 ruf are being replaced by unknown car (golf) as the maker of the replay did not have those dlc car, so it makes the replay looks like dum small cars... please make shure that the person who saves the replay have all DLC cars, (if possible of coarse) great race everyone!

All you need to do is download the free car from each pack to see everything. Not hard.

Except the ruf was in the vip car pack which dosent have a free car BUT those cars should be on the disk so i dont know why they would show up as golfs

Until I bought the car pack all Rufs were the VW's.
