| The game is made to enjoy cars and cruise around, messing about around the streets, driving high performance cars down the open roads and so on, it's like forza but open up and set out free | |

| Hmmm, I hope with this game out the next Forza can be more circuit race specific....ie no SUV's, station wagons or vans, fully functional pit with repairs and crew, more authentic (real) tracks, a test n tune 'practice lobby'. More accurate tire and fuel use and wear. And lastly a more accurate damage modeling system. If you bump a car slightly ON THE LEFT to where paint may not even trade not only should you not get damage but how do you get damage on the RIGHT if you touched on the left? I am just sayin' that's what I hope Horizon allows Forza to become. One can dream and hope. | |

looks kinda arcade to me but i guess we'll see. seems a slugish arcade game to me, i do like and im pretty sure ill buy it just wish it could be better from what im seeing right there, hopefully we get a demo soon, but if the physics aint good and there is a demo, i think they will lose alot of sales and i guessed it wouldnt be a simulator cus' of the people that made the game, look at them and they all made arcade racers, but watching that video then has really got me wondering... does anyone know if there will be a demo?

| Ok..for anyone who has played TDU or TDU2 its exactly the same. From the video I don't see any damage that occurred. The graphic don't look that great. I have to see more reviews before I decide on pre-order. I think this game will be more to the arcade gamer than the Sim Gamer. It interesting that Forza 4 didn't want to include night driving since they said it would affect the graphic's but this game has night driving. | |

| I say its going to be like TDU series but made by people who actually know what they are doing.
but its naturally not a series racing game much more social than forza motorsport. I am guessing this will enabled Forza Motorsport 5 be much more hardcore (when that comes along) and let Forza Horizon be the more light hearted, fun alternative.

| seeing these physics now though i just wish they keep the customization they have in forza 4 and the tuning they have, i mean being a cruising game you would want to get like a nice car that you may see about or even have and customize it to how you want it and cruise, personally i would love to be able to cruise in an old bmw or vw and so on... so much potential for this game and i fear they are not going to pull off expectations | |

| Forza Horizons is set to be a Arcady type free roam game. That's my whole point. Because now all the arcade types can do their thing on Horizons leaving Forza Motorsport to become a more focused and dedicated car racing sim...

| i understand what pred is saying, but what people want is not an arcade, they want a sim driving game, i dont get why they would spend so much effort on making a realistic world and not realistic driving physics | |

I feel the same way. I'm gonna get this game because forza made it and because I like the free roam games. Forza is not going to let this game ruin there reputation. They just wanted to reach out to a different market. In my opinion, the online play will make or break this game.

| does anyone know which kind of open world racing game will it be. For instance will it be like TDU series where it is a a massively online racing game where we can join in free roam online with anyone.
Or is it like Need for Speed where you can only free roam in offline?

| After everything that I have read it looks more like TDU.
The whole world was based on footage and pictures of areas of Colorado.

| The motorsports series should be the one with the cars you want to race. Horizon should be about the oldies wagons and cars that you would have and cruise in on the street. Sure have high end cars but also have the wagons and oldies. Its not a pure track racing game. Give us STREET cars! Still excited either way. | |

| This game is going to be a pick up and play.
FORZA HORIZON IS NOT A SIMILATION RACING GAME LIKE FORZA 1-4, just so you know! It's more of a Need For Speed type game.

| I preordered mine this week. I'm just hoping that by giving them the same physics that forza 4 uses, that the makers of horizon can do what they need to with it. I know the game will look good, I am just praying it drives just as good. I'm going to buy it but I really hope it isn't too arcady. Forza has become my favorite racing series hands down and I don't want this game to ruin that for me. Not having tuning I can understand, making it for a more diverse crowd, but not having customization, that's a whole nother thing. The game needs customization to the cars. | |

| From the video it looks a lot like the new dirt. I love those games as well so maybe this will turn out better than I am thinking. I like that there will be paved and unpaid road, gives kind of a new twist on things. | |
