Season 7 Race 12 - 17 Laps of Nurburgring Nordshleife

Congrats Fender, the better driver won that one. I'll just have to try to finish high enough in points next season to just skip that race that's the second time in my career I lost first place on that track...me and that track don't get along, if it was a person I would've punched them in the face by now.

It was a difficult race none the less it was good , in 0351 lobby only 4 racers including myself crossed the finnish line after a starting field of 12... All GTC cars finnished ( we were all running Porsche ) wierd lol in our lobby.

Congrats to Bimmerr on locking in on the last few races and winning the season cup. I know it wasnt as easy as you thought it would be. Also congrats to oldfender in GTC...

Good win on the team championship points to RAFT racing ... Somewhere mid-season our team started losing steam and points .... but Loookin forward to next season.

My race started great ended in tragedy. My history at the ring is the stuff of legend. I won the first two King of The Ring titles. Then Season 3 I was in a comfortable lead after fighting to the front then my Microsoft wheel froze, major crash end of hope for a three peat, Season 4 ditto in the lead wheel fails me, Season 5 ditto in the lead wheel fails me, season 6 ditto in the lead wheel fails me...So I bought the new Fanatec CSR Elite wheel before season 7. No problems all season...My confidence is high for the ring. This time I start in tenth in the room it took me about 5 laps to get to the front and I did it clean no damage. By lap 10 or 11 I had a good 5000 ft lead. I was going to pit on lap 12 and take it home to the finish. But somewhere on lap 11 (I think I went into shock when it happened cause I don't remember where it happened ) I clipped a curb I though I could recover it but then a nurb bump in the track send me on a 3 flip barrel roll. Foiled this time by my own mistake. Dissapointing, but I did not quit I finished the race and went from 1st to 9th almost 10 because Sniper919 was making up about 1500 ft per lap on those last 3 laps.

Good season for me but not the results I was trying for. The level of competition is high. Mistakes are costly now.

This makes me very afraid to use my M$ wheel in an actual race!

All you can do is try. Test it out first. Hold your own race of 40 laps and see if it's up to snuff.
