Yeah, I was wondering what happened to you there - must have missed you calling it out. Nice race you drove, by the way.

| I pit 15-16 also. It worked great for me. Came out ahead of Ruptured by a good bit after we cycled through. That vette you were driving was hooked up though. The only reason I was able to hold onto third for the finish was you kept locking up you brakes. Once I realised you kept almost hitting me going into the corners because of them locking and not braking too deep, I used that against you. Ill give you a tip, when you are in a car like that against a car like mine, go outside on an s-curve and you can go faster than I can holding the inside, then in the second curve you will have the inside line. I did this to you on turn one the first time you got by me and I held outside and then had the inside going into turn two. Also the overunder works nicely in forza. No one expects it and it will work 99% of the time. Just a few tips. Good race though. | |

| I feel like when im behind someone my car doesnt brake as well because of the aero difference. Maybe thats me giving forza too much credit but im pretty sure the thing they got right was aero physics. | |

| Oh without a doubt. I cant brake or corner when behind someone. When I did get behind a car all downforce was gone and the car was soooooo tight. No turn in at all. | |

| Glad to know its not all in my head lol. That might be it though, you would have to brake harder to brake in the same space which causes lock ups. | |

| My braking was ridiculously unpredictable when I was behind someone. One time great, lock up and near accident the next... yeesh! | |

I could tell. I think there was about three different occasions where I would go extremely wide entering a corner because I would hear screaming tires and see a corvette growing very large in my rear view.

| Thats always unnerving. Better safe than sorry, go a little wide and get a better exit. Am i the only one that gets a feeling just by the way they are approaching you that they will miss the brake zone? Many times i have avoided an accident almost preemptively. | |

| Thats exactly what I am refering to. It happens quite often. Someone over estimates what the car can do or what they can do and comes skidding inside. I put myself off the track twice and on the white line at least once last night. If not these discussions would be much more heated. Over time you learn to brake early and be safe and wait for a mistake or proper time to pass instead of gunning every corner trying to get a nose in. Everyone has to learn and thats why I am congratulating instead of cussing. It was a clean 45 laps and the two of us were door to door for all but 2 of them, thats when we pit. It was a very good race last night. A prime example of why this series is great. | |

| yes! IM not the only one that kept locking up when behind someone. It happened to me twice in turn one in ST behind JPN and I thought I was gonna be in his back trunk, and turn one when running behind chad with a few laps remaining (and the over under was how I set chad up on the last turn to drag race him) | |

I used a fun move on Blakey to get some mean distance between us. The car in front of me got a little loose coming down one of the straights. I knew i would get the inside line back before i had to brake and so i went outside of the car that i was passing due to the mistake. But i didnt give him a ton of room i stayed in the middle and kept him way inside so that there was no way Blakey could get a move around me and then i had the other car between us in the braking zone to give me even more room. Things like that is where strats come in big time. I had a great time in ST though, despite the early damage. It was fun following Retro through the back of the field lol.

| I threw 3rd place away numerous times that race. This race was an absolute blast for me, and was the first of that kind I've had I believe. That being said, it was really too bad I was the only one working on the Corvette or I probably could have been faster than I was. Next season, privateer will probably be the way of the Duck. One guy vanishes without a trace, well, without being considerate enough to reply to my messages. One doesn't like the track so he's not going to bother. I'm going to stop now and leave it at one word. Frustrated. | |

| JPN That is EXACTLY why I say NEVER QUIT is the attitude to have. You NEVER know what can happen. If my car will move I will finish the race and get the most possible points I can get. getting 60pts is much better than a DNF and getting 15. If it's something like a complete lag out=Engine Failure or something...I look at it like I have seen cars in real life qualify on pole get to the grid then brake a half shaft at the drop of the green..Race over! Next race they are right there looking to get max points because it is a long season and anything can happen.
I wish some of the racers here would think like that. But many who join don't understand that doing your best is enough.

Moments after PredatorUSMC pulls in behind the #3 Scion SaintedPlacebo4 lifts off the gas (all cars are still accelerating) causing the #54 BMW 1M to lightly tap the rear bumper of the #3 Scion FR-S causing no damage or reaction from either car. RACE INCIDENT PabloJC81 {R}- Lap 1 Turn 1 - Just after the start of the race PabloJC81 {R} moves over to the left of the track as he clears the #269 Subaru of DTM Sn1p3r. As PabloJC81 {R} continues to accelerate toward turn one and approaches the braking zone R3troD moves from the rightish middle of the track over to the left directly into the path of PabloJC81 {R} just as the two begin to brake and PabloJC81 {R} hits R3troD causing both moderate damage. This will be deemed a RACE INCIDENT as it was NOT the fault of PabloJC81 {R} rather more so that of R3troD for moving over from the track position he had directly into the path of PabloJC81 {R} leaving him no room or time to avoid the contact. Had R3troD held his position where he was just moments before he moved over both would have gotten through the corner cleanly with no contact. DTM Sn1p3r- Lap 1 Turn 9 - DTM Sn1p3r misses his braking or makes a mistake under braking and rear ends the #3 Scion FR-S of SaintedPlacebo4 casuing both cars moderate damage and both cars spin off into the gravel trap. PENALTY AVOIDABLE CONTACT 5 point Penalty. R3troD- Lap 1 Turn 11 - R3troD completely misses his braking or makes a mistake under braking and skids right into the path and into the #89 Scion FR-S RWD of Blakeystar causing moderate damage and R3troD continues his skid deep into the gravel trap. PENALTY AVOIDABLE CONTACT 45 second time penalty. GSGood clean race. Only minor contact noted. GTTheManNowDog777- Lap 5 Turn 4 - TheManNowDog777 goes way wide off the track and into the grass, dirt and does not give the car behind him a clear path to continue safely on track and instead does is best to try to return to the racing surface as quickly as possible. WARNING, if you blow a corner you must give nearby cars the right of way on track until you can return without causing them to have to avoid you or slow down to let you return in front of them. CBR900RRR {R}- Around lap 18 or 19 - CBR900RRR {R} seems to have been having a close race. Based on trying to piece together both sides of the story it appears that the two were having a close race where CBR900RRR was a quicker down the straights and TheManNowDog777 was a little better under brakes and in the corners. From what I gather CBR900RRR was attempting to make the pass and TheManNowDog went to protect and CBR900RRR was carrying to much momentum and didn't expect the late protection and thus ran into the back of the Corvette ZR1 causing reported heavy damage. This will be deemed a race incident that could have been avoided by both racers. Twin Ring Motegi Results>>> CLICK HERE FOR FULL RACE RESULTS <<<Current Points updated. Team Points NOT Updated.
