Season 6 Race 11 Road Atlanta 50 Laps

Wow, looking at the times there was some close racing throughout the field. Had a good clean race in B room. Good battles throughout, especially at the end with DeserDuck. I know you were driving better than me, it was just that the Lotus was at a disadvantage at that track.

Can someone send me the replay's from B and C rooms?

It was tough man, fast cars throughout just had to channel my inner Bimm3rr and try to keep it on the track. Had some good pit strategy to have warm tires when the leaders came out of the pits.

Solid win Matt, helped spread the gap between us and predatory racing for the team championship! Wanted to make it a 1-2 finish, but my meeting with the wall didn't help that plan lol!

Race Recap:

A Room: A good out lap followed by a clean start. Race runs clean laps. Lap 7 PredatorUSMC spins off the curbing and collects SSRT Wilkerson on the left side giving slight damage. Race incident no penalty. Lap 8 the #37 Ferrari F50 of GOD FOOT loses control under braking and darts left and right on the track trying to gain control in front of the #22 Lamborghini Gallardo 570-4 Superleggera of RAFT Hiredgun causing a rear end collision. Race Incident no penalty. Other than some small touches and what appears to be a lag incident the racing in A room is clean and hard fought.

B Room: The out lap is good but the start of the race was slowed a bit too much but as the race begins there is no damage with the clean start. Lap 2 #35 Saleen S7 of BLAHZAY xxl taps the rear end of the #17 Audi R8 of Monette92 causing slight damage. Race incident no penalty. Then shortly after the cars are bunched up going into the downhill esses and there is a succession of minor collisions between THF dvsSublime, Sniper919, BLAHZAY xxl, jpnVR4 and luongo27 all causing minor to moderate damage. No penalties assessed. After the race got a few laps in there were some great battles and no further incidents between cars noted.

C Room: A good out lap and start of the race. Early on the first lap the #48 Lamborghini Diablo GTR of kamikaze 1414 slightly taps the rear of the #606 Maserati MC12 of Komori 8c. Race Incident no penalty. Lap 3 TyrannicCymbals and his Audi R8 loses control after getting two tires on the grass attempting to pass the #1 Nissan 370Z of OZ DA RULER and sideswipes him causing damage. A warning will be assessed. Lap 5 turn 12 Kamikaze passes OZ DA RULER and to make the corner Kamikaze appears to tap the brakes causing OZ DA RULER to tap Kamikaze’s bumper. No penalty assessed. There are a couple other incidents between Zambo369 and jeckel4438 that are race incidents and no penalties will be assessed. Overall C room has a decent race with the exception of the several on track incidents which appear to be due to drivers trying to be overcautious slowing too much around each other at times causing a few of these incidents.

Looks to me that we had good hard fought race in all rooms! Kudos to all.

The list of cars showing right now is for season 7, but the F40 was there for this season.
