Ran a good race, passed Pred for 7th then my wheel took a nap. Picked up just enough damage to be uncompetitive. See you next week.

A Room

GT Rolling Start was very nicely done. A good single file line and a clean start.
GTC Rolling Start was good. Good single file no one jumped the start

Great racing with no contact at all for nearly the whole first half of the race. Considering how close the racing was this speaks to the level of drivers in the field.

Lap 25 Turn 16 (Casino Triangle) - Blahzay xxl (GT) attempting to make a pass or possible double pass creates avoidable contact as he rear ends the #94 Chevrolet Corvette Racing ZR1 of OldFenderBender (GT) causing significant damage and loss of control. There was also a secondary contact that occurred as a result as the #35 Mosler MT900S of Blahzayxxl (GT) bounced from the Corvette of OldFenderBender (GT) into the #65 Chevrolet Corvette Racing ZR1 of METAL C6R (GT) causing damage and loss of control.
Penalty - Due to the lap 25 DNF the Penalty Assessed will be 10 points and a two race probation.


Lap 31 Turn 16 (Casino Triangle) - RAFT No Brakes (GT) in the #24 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera causes avoidable contact as he rear ends the #79 Acura NSX of jpnVR4 (GTC) causing significant damage and loss of control sending the Acura into the sand trap.
Penalty Assessed - 30 Second time penalty.

Great racing in both classes and the results show that every second and every lap can count!

I aint going to lie, you scared me pred. When you passed me after the 130R right as we broke into the chicane i saw that you almost made it into the sticky stuff, and i thought for a split second i might eat some wall since we almost went side by side into there. gutsy move since you would have had me on that front straight.

More like 3 and a half way battle i couldnt stay consistent enough to stay on them once i caught them.

Yeah sainted, there were only a few laps to go and I saw I was making a lot of ground up on RAFT No Brakes. I was pushing for every tenth hoping I could get close the last lap or two. Final lap I had closed seeing him only a few seconds up. In the end it did not matter, he got a penalty and ended up behind me anyway.

yea i was winning the race and then i hit jpn causing me to drop from running mid 2:02s to high 3s and low 4s.

I had the same question, the blue "sedona full reverse" track picture is a bit misleading. also, the GTC example time is the exact same as the time given for Suzuka, a 2:16.299. at sedona that is a top 500 time(S700), not sure anyone will touch lower than the 2:17's

I was unaware that the blue signified reverse. I will correct that Tuesday. Thank you.

Lap 2 - Minor contact in the esses (into turn 5), between the #91 RUF RGT-8 of THF dvsSublime and #70 McLaren GT MP4-12C GT3 of Luongo27 no damage, race incident.

Lap 2 - Light contact in the S Curves between the #37 McLaren MP4-12C driven by Th3 NaPsTeR 15 {R} and the #53 Ferrari 458 Italia driven by LUKEMAD9999 {R}. The #37 car was directly behind the #53 car when the #53 Ferrari got the two left tires in the grass and checked up causing the closely following McLaren MP4-12C to lightly tap the rear bumper.
No Penalty Race Incident.

Lap 2 - Avoidable Contact in turn 15 heading to Casino Triangle between the #37 McLaren MP4-12C driven by Th3 NaPsTeR 15 {R} and the #53 Ferrari 458 Italia driven by LUKEMAD9999 {R}. Th3 NaPsTeR 15 {R} went out very very wide on the sweeping left turn 15 and while entering the track did not make any attempt to slow down or avoid the #53 Ferrari 458 of LUKEMAD9999 {R} thus creating avoidable contact while re-entering the racing surface unsafely and without regard for the racers on the track.
Penalty Assessed - 2nd Offense - 15 point Penalty along with 45 second time Penalty. Probation continues. Due to the DNF of Th3 NaPsTeR at Suzuka the time penalty cannot be assessed. The next race at Sedona Th3 NaPsTer will be required to pit on lap 2 AND MUST STILL DO THE REQUIRED PIT BETWEEN LAP 15 - 30.

NEW SERIES RULES ADDED - OTHERS HAVE BEEN CLARIFIED

(CLARIFIED) 2.0D - The GT or GTC livery must be placed on the rear of the car. This must correspond with the class of the car.

(CLARIFIED) 2.0E2 - The numbers in the number plate must be easily read at speed. (Tech Inspector, Race Director, or Admin will have final rule if this is in question on a racers car)

(NEW RULE) 2.0I - There can be no other series number plate or livery on vehicle.

(CLARIFIED) - 4.5Aa1 - PROOF of pre-race must be submitted via a PICTURE OF THE TIME/RACE FINISH. Without proof time is invalid.

(NEW) 5.5 - DNF Possible Points Rule:

(NEW) 5.5A - 3/4 or 75% of the race complete - Racer will earn 3/4 (75%) of the points for the position for which the DNF occurred (in case of fractional points it will be rounded down)

(NEW) 5.5B - 1/2 or 50% of the race comple - Racer will earn 1/2 (50%) of the points for the position for which the DNF occurred (in case of fractional points it will be rounded down)

(NEW) 5.5C - If a racer DNF's prior to finishing 1/2 (50%) of the race there will be 15 points earned for the show. ---Racer Must complete a minimum of 10 laps to qualify for show points.

(CLARIFIED) 5.5D - If a racer happens to LAG out of a race into their own room and is able to complete the race there is a 1 second add to every lap that was completed in the separate 'lag room'. Proof of finish MUST be provided in the form of Replay and a PICTURE of the completed race finish time. If proof of completion is not provided the racer will receive a DNF from the lap the LAG OUT occurred.

(NEW) 7.7 - If a time penalty is unable to be assessed to a racer due to a DNF the racer may be required to pit on the first race lap of the following race in the season. This DOES NOT exclude the penalized racer from having to do the required pit stop of the race.

(NEW) 7.8 - If a racer DNF two races in a row and a penalty is unable to be assessed or negated due to the DNF the racer will receive 2X (double) the points loss for the original penalizing infraction.

(CONTEMPLATING A FORUM CONDUCT RULE) - Rule would be specific to Language [cursing] and proper forum etiquette. I am working on the wording on this and how it should affect a racers Championship Points or maybe ban them from forum communication for a period of time.

Me too, I was doing all I could to keep you back there. When you passed me on the turn before the hairpin, I knew if I didn't get back around you on that next turn there was no way I'd be able to hold onto that position. But man, I didn't expect my car to go on two wheels as I hit the brakes. When I came over and hit you, I was still turning as hard as I could to the right, but I guess the car just wanted to taste some Ferrari blood.

I've gotta say, I've never blocked so many cars at once drove defensively for so long before. I know I pissed off a lot of people, but I don't care because Boost won. Viper two weeks in a row!

I think it's gotta be my Xbox that drops me all the time, because my Brother was playing an online game at the same time and he said it was fine the whole time. I can't wait to buy a new Xbox so I can take a hammer to this one.

You were driving clean defensively. You were not blocking cause I woulda called you out on it. You were racing your line and just using good defensive racing tactics. (appreciated when I see it.) I know you do, but I hope most racers know the clear difference between driving defensively and blocking.

When you talk to the person for an entire lap telling them you need to get around them and you're being held up quite badly and you're forced to take matters into your own hands by dive-bombing said person in a corner. I heard that dispute. Good idea to have a blue flag rule. Normally people are more than happy to get out of the way of lapping traffic as its good common courtesy. Although an issue like that kind of reminded me of Audi V Peugeot @ Lemans a year or 2 ago.

one problem with one of the new/clarified rules. if you have a lag out and get into your own room, it's almost impossible to provide a picture and replay due to the 10 second countdown. you'd have to run around, find something to take a clear picture with, then save the replay in time.

Isnt there a 30 second count down after you finish and then another 10 seconds where you see you prize money and are able to save the replay. And every phone has a camera now so unless your pred and keep all your electric devices in a PO box 10 miles away during the race your fine

I just turn em all off except the phone I use to take the finish pictures and that one I put on Airplane mode.

My advice keep your cell or digital camera or something that can snap a picture close by before you start the race. JUST IN CASE.

Yeah, I've luckly had my cell phone near me everytime I've dropped out. So I've been able to write down what lap I drop out at on a straight, get the phone ready coming up to the S/F, take the picture, write the time down and save the replay.

it's not 30 seconds since you're alone, it goes straight to the 10 second countdown and if you're like me (i have an old phone which i can't upload pictures from) you'd have to go around the house searching for a camera. i end up using my laptop camera but that takes a while to setup and any camera if i found one would take too long to even turn on in order to snap the picture. the request is reasonable, but the reality isn't.

Time to upgrade from the 80's brick phone man! Even a $39 dollar phone has a camera now a days!
