Sedona Raceway, set in Rural Arizona, is one of the most versatile tracks around. Here you will battle the heat of the city as well as the heat of the competition with a track that demands speed, handling and precision to be fast! The elevation changes, the long straights and the complexity of many of its slow and high speed corners make finding the proper racing line a challenge. Sedona Raceway Park will be one of the most quickest and hotly contested tracks The Forza Sports Car Series visits. Being that this is the first trip to Sedona Raceway Park for a few seasons it is expected that the racing will raise the temperature of not only the area but the racers. . The track being lined with gravel sandtraps and walls in other areas could decide the fate of many! This race also can be used by some as a crash course (hopefully not literally) as they get ready for the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway which is next up on the schedule. The Forza Sports Car Season being world class has come to run a course that not only will have the fans excited to watch but the racers excited to run! This track features very fast sections with blind apexes that will require the right line and commitment to get it right.

The last qual session will run at 1:00pm Sunday. Anyone who does not qualify will be subject to Rule 4.1E

I have a 15% chance of making this race, and no chance of doing a pre-race. I'll try and get a qual in by Friday night, cause I'll be in St. Louis for the weekend.

So are there any predictions for Sedona Raceway? I think the GT Vipers of Aim High Racing are going to be quick here, as well as the GTC C4 Corvette of EZT Gambit. But then again the GTC Aston Martins and if Nien Shiza Motorsportas could get a hold of those Cadillac CTS-V's they could all of a sudden be a force. I am not sure about the ZR1's here. They are also strong cars... It's hard to say with so many so close who will do what. I do think a wall or two will help some peoples cars go slower.

I think if you asked Myself, Boost and Prone what our least favorite race track was in Forza was, we'd all say Sedona. But, we'll do what we can.

I think that i might have a chance of keeping up well at the remaining tracks. Who knows, with a ton of luck i might be a wild card in this next one. i know that there's another half second or more to be found.

Today in Arizona, the track has been buzzing with activity. PredatorUSMC and the #54 Under Armour Ferrari 458 Italia were seen on the track with an extended practice session running against some of the older ALMS GT2 cars.(817PI - 840PI) During the first 40 minutes or so PredatorUSMC had to pit to get some body panels replaced and another hit causing the rear suspension to break. After a long talk with the crew chief and shutting the garage door for about 10 minutes the Ferrari pulled back out to join the very fast ALMS cars. Within a few laps PredatorUSMC had found the groove and a tune that seemed to work well. After a nice 2 hour practice session closing with several very consistent lap times out of the #54 Ferrari it was time to take a break for lunch. testing will resume soon.

Will anyone have a room open for some group practice sessions tonight?

i am not able to race this sunday as i am living with my other half now, and the fact ive just got a new job but im glad because i hate this track -_-

For those who think I'll be fast, my car is fast for sure but I don't think I will be able to handle it 45 times in the last curves, and I think GT racers should not try to pass me there cause they might have a bad surprise. I cannot take it inside cause I lose control of the rear, and when I take it out side the car just kicks back inside at the middle or the end of the curve instantly without any warning. I maybe dangerous this race. I tried several tunes but none of them is stable there.

damn...i think i could have won this race but thanksgiving says otherwise. oh well.
