QUALIFYING NOW CLOSES @ 12:30PM PST Each Race Sunday! (Last session Held at 12:30PM PST)

One of the oldest and most distinguished of all the tracks in North America there may not be a track in that stirs the senses like Road America. With it's 4.08-mile, 14-turn circuit, this track demands complete focus as the cars wind their way through Wisconsin's Kettle Moraine at record speeds. Unlike virtually every course of its age, Road America has managed to maintain its original four mile, 14-turn layout (except for the addition of a chicane during modern AMA races)—despite a major renovation of the track facilities in 1992, all of the elevation changes and sharp turns have been preserved, making Road America a course that must be carefully studied to master. Highlights includes Turn 6, located under the Corvette Bridge, where a small hill obstructs the view to the blind left-hander beyond, and the steep climb up the final straight that makes overtaking through speed alone a formidable struggle. With the racers starting to settle down and begin to eye their competition and rivalries starting to form it is surely set to be a hotly contested race. Batten down the hatches and prepare for an exciting race.

Any officials want to volunteer to pre-race me for Road America? The best times for me would be anytime tomorrow night (Friday) after 6:30pm EST, Saturday morning before am 8:30am EST, or Saturday evening after about 5:00 pm EST.

Yeah we had some GT practice yesterday and we traded places multiple times per lap. I was looking forward to the fight with a Koeniggsegg. After last weeks debacle I am looking to recover with a podium finish at Road America.

Good Luck to all. I want to win just as much as the next racer here. I did well last season at Road Atlanta....So the goal is the same as any race. Race after it.

Am I the only one who loves racing on this track but absolutely hates hotlapping/qualifying on it? if you mess up even a teensy litle bit on any corner your whole lap is f*cked.

I agree with you on the hot lapping and qualifying front it is not pleasant, however I would not say I love racing Road America its a track I would not miss racing on find it uninteresting in my opinion, but its not a track I hate because it does have its rewards if you nail every single corner as you said.
