Pred says the lag out penalty will stand because other racers did not lag out including the other rooms who had to deal with traffic and such

yeah it wouldn't be very fair to other racers to take the lag penalty away. it's a shame that A lobby blew up but it happens. i had a very strong run in B lobby, we'll see how it goes.

Yeah it seems very harsh, but I assume that it is extremely difficult to deal with stuff like this. Maybe next week you can get your first win of the season.

That is difficult to deal with and still treat everybody fairly.

x2. its was a major fail not just on one or two racers but the whole lobby.It's not like it was someone's bad internet.

That's the first time that has ever happened in 10 seasons! Crazy how so many lagged out on lap 17! The replay ends on lap 17 just before the lag outs happened I guess.

As for the finish...Long as everyone send me their pictures, replays and times I should be able to work it out fairly quickly.

It may not be great but this is what we deal with. It's not like we have engines blow, transmissions fail, tires get cut down, or other mechanical failures. I guess lag is our great equalizer to fill the lack of mechanical failure.

so youre saying that on lap 17 all cars had some kind of tire failure that causes us all to lose the same amount of time? eh... i dont know.

Sounds kinda like the F1 cars with Michelin tires at the last US Gran Prix at Indy.

Nah, not saying that sainted. Not at all. There is no real 'simple' way to deal with this type of incident. The only way that I can see it is to keep it fair and equal for all people and all occurrences. That way there is no favoritism, or bias shown. It eliminates the 'well remember when you did this for him, or you did that for them' conversation.

I just want to apologize to Sainted for the Lap 14 Incident, totally my bad man, it just caught me off guard just enough to punt you. For sure avoidable contact on my part...

There was a few times i caught up to Pred, but dang i could not ever get a good enough run on that BMW. Until the last 2-3 laps i seen Sainted reeling me in quickly so i had to give it everything i had to catch and Pred. I think i remember sainted telling me to "make it interesting" in trying to pass Pred hahahaha. Pulled up side by side with Pred into corkscrew i went in a tad hot and hit a little of the sticky sand and then pred and i were still side by side banging doors and trading paint all the way till the last corner where it went bad.......

Also want to give a shout out to JPN for racing me clean the entire race.

Why do you need the 12 individual replays? To make sure we pitted? I think that can be a trust factor, since the replay cuts off at lap 17 I think you said.
Anyway I sent mine

looking forward to the Alps and especially Sedona the next week after. Sedona is my Forza track. Not sure if I will be fast without faerie line there, but we'll see.

I got mad and decided not to finish after the leg out.

The replay is proof that a racer did in fact finish the race.

Sent all required stuff yesterday after I finished. My lag out helped me. I had no way of passing sniper except to pit on 15 and go as fast as I could until he hit the pits

Okay, makes sense.

Not knowing the provision for split room lag outs in this series I ended my race when I found myself alone on lap 16. Live and learn.

@Peader, its alright things happen. I try not to follow close until i learn the guys line infront of me. Lesson 12: Never expect someone to break at the same point as you.
