When points are calculated remember
1: There was an Amateur race that the top 2 were given small 2 and 3 pts bonuses for winning

2: There is a new bonus for Fastest lap (verified by photo or Replay review)

3: Hard Charger and Pole position awards same as previous seasons

I did qualify for the CT Class, Sainted should have it.

There were some lag incidents noted. There were a few driver self inflicted incidents. There was also one incident where early in the race an driver in ST had to avoid another racer and ended up damaging himself pretty heavily

edit: guess so. Going to make it very hard to catch up since a win counts for 3 positions ahead of someone anywhere but the top 5 o.o

I might get with you on the GT3 cup. Atleast for some laps with another Cup Car.

Sainted its the same basically except instead of 100 pts available per race its 50pts so the spread is the same but different.

100 pts vs 50pts 1st
96pts vs 47pts 2nd
93pts vs 45pts 3rd
91pts vs 43pts 4th

It actually should make the points closer. Especially with the Hard Charger, Fastest Lap, and Pole Position bonus points.

Hmm true the bonus points will make a big difference. BUt my logic was that 50 = 1/2 of 100 so there for a 4 point gap in 100 is equal to a 2 point gap in terms of 50's and 2 points in 100s is 1 point in 50's. You made it so that there is double the gap and therefor points are twice as far apart this season as they were last season.

So really if we scaled the points back up to 100 you made it so that each position is worth more of a gap. ei:

Fourth place this season is worth as many points as 9th or 10th was last season. Thats a larger gap

lol did you understand? 100 is two times 50. So if you double the points we get this season thats what we would have gotten last season. 43 points this season is only worth 86 points last season. Did i just blow you mind? haha. If i finished 4th every race and someone else finishes 1st every race than after 7 races they can skip a race and still be ahead in points. Last season it would have taken 14 races to accomplish that.

Guess you better not finish 4th every race and let someone win every race you finish 4th in!

I guess so then. Catching someone in points that finished 3 spots ahead of you is now the equivalent of catching someone in points that finished 8+ spots. One finish outside the top 5 and you have no way of coming back to win the champ.

Lets put it this way Pred, finishing 10th is now the mathmatical equivalent of a DNF last season. Does that sink in?

i had the fastest clean lap in gs....

somehow missed a car in the ST race that spun in front of me on the first corner, really had no where to go, just jammed the brakes and yanked to the right. It looked as if I was going to plow into whoever spun but quick reflexs saved the day  

and a 2.20.5xx in st clean.....

FYI, I will be sending the official results for the races that I compete in (GT and Spec) to the www.ForzaLeagueRacers.com site to be rated.  If any of you in the other classes want credit for rated races in 2014, you can do the same by copy and pasting from the official results page and sending them in to ForzaLeagueRacers@yahoo.com 

Normally they only accept an end race picture from the game, but I guess in the case of a an established league like FSCS with a special multi-lobby combined format they will accept our leader board results page. You get 7 days from the date of the race to email them results or they won't accept them btw.

This service is offered to anyone who competes in league racing anywhere in the Forza world.  If you happen to race elsewhere, and want the race you raced in rated, just send them a picture of the results. FLR usually posts ratings adjustment within 24hrs of submission they say.
