Whether it's the tight turns or the breathtaking scenery, mountain passes and fast cars seem to play well together. In that spirit, the Bernese Alps distills the ultimate high-altitude racing experience into a state-of-the-art road course the equal of the world's greatest circuits. This track was inspired by the mystique and challenge of the passes nestled among the highest mountain range in Europe, threading the course along old mountain access roads, through tunnels cut into living rock, under craggy glacier-studded summits, past a luxury ski resort, and down to a quintessentially Swiss mountain town. The primary characteristic of Bernese Alps is the overwhelming sensation of speed. The tarmac is wide and forgiving, allowing you to stay on the track while maintaining a fast clip; throughout much of the course, you'll be at full throttle. Despite all the room between the rumble strips, you'll have to exercise exceptional control to hit the apexes perfectly. Taken as a whole, the Alps course provides the awesome rush of velocity for any racer, but exceptional challenges for those working on honing their Forza skills. The racers of the Forza Sports Car Series will enjoy a festival of speed and challenging corners with threatening walls as they navigate the thrill ride of the Bernese Alps!

Hmmm... the CT lap time seems a little fast. I consider my self pretty fast round this track and I haven't beaten that time yet it my car, very difficult to control the 370z with the minimum tire widths, little weight and 350+hp round here.
It could be worse though, I could be in the Challenger

No, you were right. I hit the 0 instead of the two when I was transcribing the time on CT.

i understand some people have shity launch but thats no reson to do what happend TWICE last week

Ill be running SPEC next week, and ill also be on the Qual later (Note: its only me on my xbox if im playing forza). Anyways. lets see how the alps go Survival is the name of teh game here and thats what i plan on doing.

Aaargh! Got off to a nice start and lead, then had a few minor bobbles allowing Matthnt to catch me. Settled into a nice rythum with Matt for a few laps, and wham! Lapse of concentration and the little Miata drifts up into the guardrail hard, while cresting the hill.  Damn it! Hired runs me down, and I'm off my pace by over a second, for a disgusting 3rd place podium. Thanks Switzerland!

im getting online now. had me a long week. so im thinking i can squeeze out some laps tonight. I wish i had more time to practice this week though
