Season 6 Race 3 Bernese Alps

Sunday November 20th 5pm PST - Swiss Mountains, Switzerland For the third race of the Forza Sports Car Series we travel to the beautiful and scenic Bernese Alps high up in the Swiss mountains. It is this high-altitude and cold climate along with it fast speeds that will challenge the FSCS racers. The track threads through wide and fast mountain passes as well as passing by a luxury ski resort enroute to some very technical corners. This street course offers everything to everyone...It's fast, it's beautiful, and dangerous, it's perfect for the fans and it will be the scene of fast and furious racing!

For those looking to run Qualify before 4pm ET please post and i will log onto my xbox and setup the room for your to Qualify. Please also change the group status to Qualify instead of practise.

This track is extremely hard on the Corvette's suspension. My car looks like a jerked up truck with all the ride height ive had to put in it.

What is the pit window going to be?

its gonna be very important that people call out where they crashed here and (maybe more importantly) to not move when they do. No doubt that this will be a race of survival like New York as opposed to a race of speed like majority of the other tracks.

Yep, just like Long Beach is for ALMS

i wont be racing this weekend or next weekend. got way too much going on to dedicate time to forza. i will be back in 2 or 3 weeks.

Basically haven't done a lap yet without tapping a wall. Crazy how tight this course is, and my tail happy Viper likes clipping the arse on the walls!

Are you racing the Competition or SRT?

Slow down a tiny bit and you'll probably find yourself turning faster laps anyway.

I don't think that the Bernese Alps are in Montserrat, Spain, mate. I think the ones that are in Forza are in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. Lol.

Ahhh I'm so glad we are racing at Bernese. This is my favorite track.

I didn't think I was going to like this track as much as I do. My car absolutely hates staying straight here, but I'm very much looking to put an F50 on the podium after last weeks debacle.

for anyone looking to Qualify today...I am on line and will be till around 5:30pm ET

Qualifying has begun. You can look QUALIFYING to see where you are so far.

I will have a qualifying room up around 8pm EST tomorrow night if anyone wants to get their time in.

Not happy with my qualifying effort, car got lose on the opening lap and I tried to save it but ended up hitting the wall. Pitted and came out with ~35% front and ~15% side aero damage. Just going to have to make it up on Sunday.

On the contrary, I'm pleased with my time, but I've got this unsettled feeling that I'm running 2 seconds slower than some other people in this series on this track.

Just got into work and find that my schedule has been changed to 8:45 eastern , which really means I'll be lucky if I get off by 9:30.
