hahhaa wow. almost had 8th and i only used 4th gear. my clutch gave out around lap 14 and from then on i was in 4th everywhere but the long straight where i had to go up to 5th. pulling in a top 10 with that kind of mechanical failure? im satisfied.

my race didn't go as planned, i was keeping up with pred and science then pitted early to get some clean air. i had gained a bunch on the leaders and they hadn't pit yet so i thought i might be first after everyone pitted...then i start sliding and decide to spin out rather than nail the wall. dammit! then i spun again after that and lagged into my own lobby on lap 43...hopefully i can keep a top 5 finish somehow.

After starting in C lobby, I didn't think it could really get worse.
Well, it did. Thankfully, there wasn't a big wreck at all. Nobody spun, it was clean.
But of course, driver error is a horrible thing. My Dodge Viper Competition Coupe was quick and I led a few laps, but after taking so much aero damage, I wound up in last in C lobby. Oh well. It was a fun run.

Better luck next week at Nurburgring GP.

Am proud to say I made it to Lap 47 without any damage, while managing to hang in there and turn consistent 1:49-50s, except when being passed.

Great race for those who were able to finish and superb for those who finished with no damage. The LSA, man I feel for ya. I am surprised you didn't ease up a bit since you had a pretty dominant car. Watching the replay it looks like you just lost concentration for a sec locked em up and hit the wall. Too bad, for you, thank you though.

Raceboy, I dunno I was checking you and science out every 3rd lap to see the distance being held and it seemed to be pretty constant to me. I thought for sure i would be going to war with Science ...i was prepared to fight to the death. But i think his Corvette clipped a wall. The all of a sudden some Green Viper shows up in my mirror and for 20 laps pressures me. I did all I could to hold the 200 ft I had on SpeedDemon save traffic it was 150-200 ft for 20 stressful laps! Congrats to everyone!

I am so glad I got the V finally got that demon monkey off my back

Blahzay, how many laps did you last buddy? You just seemed like you couldn't do 7 laps without hitting a wall or flipping. Hope you do better at Nurb GP.

I lost 20 seconds with my first spin and when you came out of the pits with speed right behind you I was only 13 back :/ woulda been a 3 way battle to the end lol

Would have been a four way battle if I had not hit the wall on lap THREE

Nah. I was set up to go into that corner fine. My roommate's dog came over and nudged my thumb into the XBox guide button while I was downshifting and it just took me into the wall. The second time, my controller died through the esses (after I had pitted, of course). So, I got out. My car could barely move lol

Made it lap 20 something pull over to let Jpn by he lapped me and as i was off and starting to go again Piihb came up and it was to late for him to do anything and bam but ill take the blame because i should have called it out.

I guess you will sleep well lol.
Im on alday all week getting ready for NRG next week hit me up if any want to run.

you do know you picked up at least 3-4 spots? nice job. i like to see people that stick with the league get a good result.
