The final race to close out the tenth season of The Forza Sports Car Series brings us to the world’s toughest, most dangerous, and most demanding racecourse. dubbed the "green hell" by legendary racer Jackie Stewart-Nurburgring Nordshleife. It is almost difficult to believe that the intensely demanding Nürburgring was constructed in 1927 as a purpose-built safer alternative to the older races through the Eifel Mountains' treacherous roads. However, in the spirit of the older races, the northern loop ("Nordschleife") is a public toll road, open to anyone for a "touristenfahrten" session for a fee. It's plethora of turns (by one count 73) include hairpins, banked carousels, and the infamous "flugplatz" ("airport") bump where fast-moving cars often go airborne. The tortuous circuit gained its famous nickname, "die Grüne Hölle" ("the Green Hell"), due to the majority of the course twisting through a dense forest. 5th fastest lap 6th place (another 100 feet and i would have had a top 5...) Good race. And all i had to do was just sit there and just drive miss daisy allllllll the way to almost a 5th. A spread of 3 seconds from 4th to 7th!!!

Also. congrats to ched. that battle for 5th place was the battle for 5th in the champ.

19% front damage and 11% on side

I think some people don't learn!   Blakeystar almost flips earlier in the lap by using the inside curb on a left hand turn Ausfahrt. Luckily he doesn't flip but has to tap a wall to save it.  Then a few corners later he places the car in exactly the same spot on another curb and whalaaaa he flips it. SMH some people never learn. LOL.

Good run up to that point Blakeystar, you were pulling away from the field up until your first near flip.

Finishing update. Don't start without me. I will be racing.

Well, in my defense.  I dont hit a wall and leave because of damage, just rollover on a weird place no chance to get on feet and didnt want to be sitted in the middle of the track.

But if i have to be dressed Up, Bring it.

well early damges from my teammate pred but it is okay then after a lot of laps the dump damges my rear ever lap more damges to the rear on lap 11 there is alots of damge I flip my car over

sniper we had one hell of a freaking duel at the end! You vs Angry Apex. Me and ched ran our asses off too man. Ched says "lets go sainted snipers infront of me" and we took off like bats out of hell picking up 3 seconds a lap. I got to thank sniper for that battle at the end. And I got to thank ched for an awesome season, good racing and a great effort, showing me whats up at the ring TWICE in a row haha. I hope to have you around next season so we can have each race be that great. *Highfive*

After being unable to connect to room one,  I raced in room two.  4 of us in there.  We filled out the grid with AI.  I believe the other three humans started 1,2,3,,, me, 15th.  I made a couple passes before bridge 1/5 the lap.  The AI in front of me hits brakes for said bridge.  Race goes bad!!!   I persevered for 14 laps,(team may need points) 100% damage all around, best lap, 8:15. (40 seconds off what I can consistently do...).   start lap 15, puppy decides to sniff the Xbox, turning off power.  I was laughing my a$$ off!  Such futility...

After being Racing 1st for several laps, i was unable to hold the strong attack of Worminfested. Then just a little mistake gave me 10% damage in the rear Aero and that made my car come too loose. Pred passed me and was safe 3rd, but an urgent call made me quit after 1:30mins of race.

Sorry to leave like that, but pririorities are first. See u next season

Great race wormsinfested. I got passed by Hannibal half way thru lap 1 after I got held up by JPN and a another couple of cars. I got back to Hannibal in the rhythm section and he got on the brakes at a place where it was not expected and I tapped his rear bumper  giving my car 6% side damage and allowed JPN by again.   I battled back and for two laps was trying to find a way past JPN who was holding me up.  Finally JPN made a little mistake, went wide and I made a risky but effective pass. We had a very slight side to side contact as I passed him in the corner.  However once I got by I left him far behind. (I was kinda mad he held me up that lap and a half). After that I was on a mission...it took me 12 laps to reel you in wormsinfested but in the end I could not make up all the ground I lost earlier in the race.  It was intense cause I was pushing myself and the car 100%. So close at 500ft on lap 17!  Great win Worminfested!  I wanted that win VERY bad and just couldn't get there..

Sounds like ur saying because U couldn't get by me safe, U didnt get the win. But that's racing for U. Many a times I have been held up by U and other racers, but I don't call it being held up. I i went for a pass just after the bridge on the straight n went wide 2 avoid contact and had to stay behind a driver that I was faster than, but I can't say he held me up. Ur team mate Hannibal, also I had 2 wait until he was off the track 2 get by  because he was lagging slightly on my screen, but I wouldn't say he never held me up. Really I think that's a bad choice of words.U just couldn't get by.Even with thd dive bomb move u did that could have went bad for me, not U, I was cool about. I made a mistake and a certain driver caught up and I stayed as far right on the track as i could and he ever so nicely nudged me off the track into the barrier giving me damage and instantly taking away 15 mph! not to mention my lag out into my own room. anyways its whatever always another season

Sure is racing. Not mad. It was a hell of a race!

Well, had a horrible race.  After turning over 60 practice laps, stupid first-lap incident took me well off my pace the rest of the way, and worse, impacted on another racer.  Duck, again, very sorry about what happened there.  I was trying to ease back onto the track, but as I was coming onto the apron, the car just slid abruptly to the right.  Apologies....  About halfway in, had a little wobble on the Eiskurve-Pflanzgarten section and took more body damage, further slowing me.  Was hitting the Start/Finish at 175 like clockwork in practice, and by the end of the race was barely in the high 160s.  Such is racing.....

Congrats to Matt on the win, and to everyone else who managed to gut it out to the finish.
