Season 6 Race 6 Infineon Raceway (long) 45Laps

Sunday December 11th 5pm PST- Sonoma, California
With the first races being held in the late 1960's with the name Sears Point, now named Infineon Raceway this track has grown from a quaint regional track to one of the largest and most respected motorsport destinations in North America. Now the ranks of the Forza Sports Car Series will blaze a new trail on this historic raceway. Infineon Raceway will challenge each driver with its white-knuckle Turn 1, to the blind crest of Turn 3a, to a highly technical chicane at turn 9a, it's a course that challenges even the most experience drivers. A track that is suitable for wine and vintage Ferraris and Fords as it will be for the thunderous action of the Forza Sports Car Series

I'm not one to complain but if you're going to post PI changes could you please do it all at one time. I know im not the only person to set up the car for my set PI and this new change will negate a bunch of work.

Again I want to make it clear im not complaining about my PI, but if you could just post the adjustments one time only would benefit all of us.

Long as I post them by opening of qualifying it shouldn't affect you. Nothing is final until then. I watch replays up until Wednesdayb to insure my spreadsheet is accurate. My recommendation would be wait until then to make any adjustments to your cars.

Admin has said this for a few weeks now. He said before that he gets it done before qualifying is open. In fact, he even told some of you that the PI was wrong when you were all practicing with the wrong ones. I don't know if you heard him Sniper, but he told you about 6 times yesterday that you were wrong. He was trying to get you to change it then. Just defending Admin. He has said this for a few weeks now, since alps I believe. I don't even check until Thursdays for this purpose. He has a life too guys. Just wait until Thursday to make major adjustments to the setup. Use the time up learn the turns, or help your teammates learn the track.

Just as a heads up, the way things are going right now, I may not have time to make the race let alone pre-race and qualify (and getting other qualify times as well), I've got this animation project that is going to be my life for this weekend.

Well, we hope you make it to pre-race to at least get points. Those who are chasing you in points will be glad if you don't.

It all depends on if I have the time for it :p

what are A lobby times looking like for this track so far? i've ran a 1.33.xxx and i think the example time last week was like top of B lobby or something?

it depends if we are running 12per room or 14per room...but I think low1.33.xxx might get you into A room

I'll be pre-racing. Got a holiday christmas party to go to for work, it would start at the exact time our races start. So if anyone is interested in pre-racing ill be doing is sometime tomorrow morning I guess...

I will have a qual room up in about half an hour to an hour.

Just found out i have start work three hours after the race is set to finish!, which leaves no time for sleep so i'm going to have to pre race

For anyone looking to still qualify I will be on from 12-1 PST -8 GMT. Nothing like waiting till the last minute, Huh?

I spent a good 6 hours last night tuning for this god forsaken piece of tarmac, even enlisting dan and fender to help me out and my car has gone from "this dosent feel quite rii OH GOOOOOOOOOOD" to slightly managable but pretty slow.

I might not make the race today, it depends when I get off of work today.

We will have 14 racers per room this week and try that. If that doesn't improve it then we will try 12 Next week. If neither of those really make much difference then we will go back to full capacity of 16.

Allright, well i may not make the race today. Military family friend (who i personally didnt really know) took his life today. Not to sure whats gonna happen.

That sucks Chenstrap. Hope it all works out for his family and for those of you who knew him. Hmmm, nothing personal but suicide is a suckers way out IMHO. However, it takes super gargantuan balls to take your own life!
