Born out of the ideas hatched in a Mexican restaurant in Northern California in the late 1960s, Infineon Raceway has grown from a quaint regional track to one of the largest and most respected motorsports destinations in North America. With the first races being held in the late 1960's with the name Sears Point, now named Infineon Raceway. Close to the heart of California's Sonoma wine country, Infineon Raceway enjoys beautiful weather year-round, making it an ideal spot for the wide variety of racing that occurs on its varied ribbon—in fact, it's one of the most utilized courses in the world, with events being held nearly 340 days each year. Now, the ranks of the Forza Sports Car Series will blaze a trail once again on this historic raceway. Infineon Raceway will challenge each driver with its white-knuckle Turn 1, to the blind crest of Turn 3a, to a highly technical chicane at turn 9a, it's a course that challenges even the most experienced drivers. A track that is suitable for wine and vintage Ferraris and Fords as it will be for the thunderous action of the Forza Sports Car Series

Pirelli World Challenge @ Infineon Raceway 2012

I just went over the schedule and realized I cant make Infineon, Maple Valley, Hockenheim and Suzuka. I only have 1 pre-race left to use and I'm definately using it on Suzuka so I guess this will be the first race I ever skip in this series

I'd like to congratulate gambit on his infineon win, good run man.

well I think your going to beat me this weekend I have barely had the time to practice (damn assignments for university) and its a track that takes me ages to even get drivable with so yeah going to be a nightmare for me.

and my teammate might beat me o.o lol so far he posted a faster best time but he needs to be able ot hit it consistently.

This track is going to be crazy on sunday

can anyone join a lobby with me i need atleast one person to enable myself to qualify (i have a university assignment to get finished and have not got the time to do a last minute qualifying session)

damn...not the best qualifying for GT. oh well, i'll see if i can keep up with gambit and sniper :p

I'm thinking the same thing. I only got 1 clean lap in, and that was with coldish tires.
