Season 6 Race 8 Le Mans Circuit de la Sarthe 25 Laps

Sunday January 8th 5pm PST - Le Mans, France **Happy New Year!!**

For the second time the Forza Sports Car Series travels to the legendary Circuit de la Sarthe in France. It is obvious that this track puts a premium on top speed so it can be said with certainty that this track will display the highest sustained speeds drivers have seen on any track during the season. With such a rich history of racing this track will undoubtedly stir excitement with many racers and fans alike. Racers welcome to top speed heaven!

For Le Mans Circuit de la Sarthe Qualifying will be 4 Laps ( 1 out lap / 2 qual laps / 1 lap to get times)

Qualifying is now OPEN! (get with a room host or series official and start submitting those times.

i hope i can make this. i get my wisdom teeth out on the 5th so i might still be really drugged up lol

You should be fine. I had all 4 of my teeth yanked and I was out partying that same night. My face was a lil swollen and I had to eat soup and pick the rice out of the holes in my mouth but it was ok. It hurt but not intolerable.

The pain isnt the problem, its the drugs. Whatever they gave me had me falling asleep every few minutes and when i was awake i was puking my guts out

Well, I was in and out within 30 min and no swelling; since my tolerance for pain is high, didn't hurt all that much in my opinion.

I am glad I started early on this track. Ended up very sick for a week. Feel a bit better so back on track for me.

This track is way different from Forza 3, this is going to be interesting with draft lol...

bigger teeth than normal, deeper routed. much more drugs and pain and blood so we'll see. i dooubt i'll be able to concentrate for 2 hours but i'll see

how so?

Well unless it has changed in the weeks I haven't played when you were in someones draft (unlike Forza 3) and tried to brake it was like trying to stop on ice, in forza 3 you could brake in draft and be fine. It's more realistic which I enjoy, but I think a lot of people are going to wreck once 16 are in a room.

The racers have improved. There will be an incident or few, but overall it should be ok.

I haven't had any issue braking in ppl's draft

Race Rooms For Circuit de la Sarthe Le Mans Race 25 Laps

Please be in your room by 4:40 PST if at all possible.

We will do a 1 lap run on a short track to get racers in grid order at 5:00pm PST . This race will be NO OUTLAP. Race will start with a 1 second delay.

Be on time or be left out

Mandatory Pit window lap 5 - 20.

i don't think there's a point in me racing anymore. every time i don't prerace it just lags and my car goes flying and i end up crashing into someone without even knowing they're there. i don't want to go around ruining mine and other's races and i can't prerace every race...

Well aint that just freaking peachy freaking cream! I flip on lap 21 on the last section before the front straight! Well, I can only hope for a top 10 now with 2 shotty DNF's! Is damn a curse word? If it isn't then I would just type it over and over and over and over and OVER....like I went over and over and slowly over onto my DAMN roof! Crying or Very sad

I know how you feel about the flipping part! I flipped on lap 3 of all laps. I hit the inside curb of the turn before the Mulsanne Straight and went over 2.5 times and landed on my driver side door! I would like to say the F and D words over and over and over and O er and OVer and OVEr and OVER!!!! Mad
