So let me get this straight pred. You let XMan who didnt qualify( and yea I checked right before the race and his name clearly said DNQ) run in the A Room? If your cutting him more than some slack, why not give Luongo some points for his Pre-race?

As for these "fantasy tracks" they are the best tracks on the calendar. They require concentration and patients maybe something you need to work on Rossi.

I didn't run the race till mid today so he is technically right it was post race.

I thought the point of this series was to mimic ALMS as closely as possible? Not the kiddie-car track at Disneyland! Maybe you would like to see us racing figure 8 style at the Top Gear test track too?!

I did not qualify because I did not know if I would be back in time. I was in Charlotte, where my dad is in the hospital on a ton of I.V.'s, getting tests run. I did not even get on last night until 8:30 when I returned. And I believe I was involved in nothing with the GT guys, stayed completely out of your lines and ran very clean with you all. The only incident I had was being in the middle of a sandwich of the damaged GTC car and the leader passing me. The rear end kicked out in turn one and put me and the already damaged GTC into the wall.

I will make sure I qualify this week. I knew for a few days that I was not going to be back in time. Just happened to get on around the time you guys lagged wrecked.

Not running the Viper I'm in the Rossion Q1. The bajillion pounds of downforce cars could be picked by anyone. Nobody forced you into that F50.

0351 - Can't say I didnt laugh. That picture is a little accurate, my car was on rails lol.

What you'll be hearing from 0351 most of the season -

Bernese Alps is our Long Beach Equivalent. No they are not exactly the same. But they are both street courses, have water as a backdrop, are technical, have some very fast straights ending in complex corners and some hate and others love. And both will be on the schedule next season. Heck we even ran ours the same weekend as the ALMS ran theirs.

This is NOT the exact series so we make due. The racing was great and most would agree except those who hit walls. But then that's the same thing the ALMS guys say...some love Long Beach, others who can't drive it or hit the walls seem to not like it. Guess there is another similarity.

Please do not make this a flame thread about some of your dislike for this track. The race is over. On to the next track in the series.

Just to put my .02 in on the subject of the track...

Some tracks are where a high downforce will be fast, others like Le Mans are where a high speed car will be fast. You just need to put yourself in a position to capitalize on where your car is fast. I know it's disappointing that because we know the tracks so well that you know that person A in car B is going to be fast at track C, E and G. Deal with it.

We use what we have, be happy we got any new tracks. Turn 10 doesn't normally add too many.

Couldn't agree more Wilkerson. Thats why car selection is huge, if the handling tracks weren't on the schedule I wouldn't pick a handling car like the Viper or Rossion. If the speed tracks weren't on the schedule nobody would pick a Speed car. Its all about what car is going to win you the championship and works with your driving style.

By the way, I picked this car because I love it. The '03 and '08 are both faster then the CC, but I like this car, so that's what I drive. I couldn't care less if was fast or slow.
