RACE ROOM RECAP:
A Room- Good clean start by GT and GTC. Great Racing the entire race. Only Incident to report is on lap 10--- (GT) OZ DA RULER #33 BMW M3 GT2 creates an avoidable contact incident as his right front contacts the left rear of (GTC) s0ul harv3st #44 Lotus Exige Cup. This caused an incident that involved 5 cars. In that same crash (GTC) s0ul harv3st #44 Lotus Exige Cup coming out of the crash could have kept his car against the left wall to let the track clear, however instead he gets back on the gas and goes directly to the center of the track collecting (GT) FERRARIFAITHFUL #50 Ferrari F50.
Penalty Assessed : OZ DA RULER: Avoidable Contact with GTC car - 7.1 - 1st Offense - 2 Race Probation & 45 second time penalty. s0ul harv3st - Warning.
B Room- - The start of the race was well organized and went off well. The racing was clean among racers save for the racer or two who either took themselves out or gave themselves damage. Lap 13 - 14 was crazy! There was a gaggle of GT and GT cars all bunched up vying for position racing hard. I was just waaaaiiting for the big crash to come but everyone kept there cool and raced cleanly and with their heads. Great racing. No penalty's to assess.
C Room- - The out lap seemed nice easy and organized. The start of the race was single file (for the most part) and had no problems. Dustin Honeycutt had a little bit of lag. Incident on lap 2 or the first race lap where the #42 Lotus Evora Type 124 Endurance Racer of Series first race rookie snowman1851 tried to go inside on the turn at the bottom of the long downhill S section and could not hold his inside line and he drifted out into the #106 Ferrari 458 Italia of IMidnightRiderI causing significant damage and complete loss of control. Penalty assessed. Also at the start of the race the #777 Toyota Supra RZ of Boosted93 RX7 rear ends the #21 TVR Sagaris of RAFT Phenom causing minor damage but complete loss of control. Penalty Assessed. Lap 3 incident where RAFT Zed 0 Sick while attempting to pass or get along side Dusin Honeycutt there is contact initiated by Dustin Honeycutt who tries to close the door although the Ferrari 458 Italia of Zed 0 Sick is 3/4ths the way next to him. This possible blocking manuever causes both to hit the wall receiving minor damage. Penalty Assessed. The racing seems to settle down with some good battles going on. Lap 9 Peader24 tries to outbrake SRAFT KURTMAN on the inside at the bottom of the long downhill from 4 or 5 car lengths back and creates avoidable contact. Neither car received major damage or loss of control. Penalty Assessed. On lap 13 Dustin honeycutt scrapes the right wall in the first downhill S section that causes his car to veer to the left and he hits the left wall bouncing into ranzeroxklaus who is on the brakes but has no where to go. This is a race incident and no penalty assessed.
Penalty Assessed : snowman1851: Avoidable Contact - 7.1 - 1st Offense - 2 Race Probation & 30 second time penalty will be added to next race attended due to DNF Penalty Assessed : Boosted93 RX7: Avoidable Contact - Minor 2 Race Probation Penalty Assessed : DustinHoneycutt: Avoidable Contact - Minor 2 Race Probation Penalty Assessed : Peader24: Warning
D Room- - Prior to the start the #37 Ferrari 458 Italia of JoshdaSquash gives another car a light tap. No damage. (No warning but keep a safe distance during the run up to the start). The room had a great and orderly start. A lap or so in I did notice just a little lag with the #14 car of ROSCOEpCOTRAIN but nothing too major and didn't seem to affect anyone. There were some great battles throughout the room. Very good clean hard fought racing. Some of the nicest liveries!
E Room- - Unfortunately a very short room with only 3 racers. We will make sure this does not happen again in the series. Clean start, nothing to report but lots of space and a racer damaging his own car

The Team Points got completely shaken up! This will be interesting to see how things develop as the season progresses!

Wow..Blue Oval Racing Drivers are in 4 & 5 place and we are 2nd in GTC and 5th overall for Teams.
I am pretty happy that we have been doing this well.
Sunday's race was pretty interesting. I got a little bit of damage but still able to come in 4th place overall look forward to this Sunday. Hopefully I can get some testing done before Friday.
